Co-developed and launched air.tv - The world's first free Wireless in-flight WiFi service to airlines around the world. • Championed the launch of a user-friendly mobile App using different research techniques • Administered Media Agency partnerships to pitch destination sponsorships • Negotiated and secured supplier contracts with favourable payment terms • Sold the service to six airlines, generating around €4M annually on the provision of the service

• Generated business cases and investment pitches for start-ups seeking capital of €1M+ • Reduced airline negative social media reviews by 9% with customer service feedback loop • Increased by 0.7% in new ancillary revenue for a European Flag Carrier with improved web UX • Researched and delivered route development opportunities for a European Domestic Carrier • Recommended brand communication plan and rebrand strategy for a European Flag Carrier

• Co-delivered the largest-ever series of Proving Trials of Terminal 5 at London Heathrow Airport. It tested people, its processes and systems for airline and airport operational readiness • Worked with British Airways Management in the preparation and delivery of 72 Proving Trials • Co-managed circa 15,000 members of the public over the eight month period.
