VP Finance for Global Services, one of five Business Groups in the Networks business of Nokia. Leading the Finance & Control organization with worldwide responsibility of on of four externally reported Segment with full P&L accountability across the Business Lines Network Implementation, Care and Professional Services. Responsible for finance and control across 9 Sub-Regions, including 4 Global Customer Accounts in South Eastern Europe Regions including Turkey and Central Asia with an annual business volume of approx. €1.2bn. Undertaking responsibility for legal and statutory accounting in 30 legal entities across 32 countries. Responsible for performance controlling, consistently identifying profitability improvement areas and driving initiatives across the region to optimise balance sheet and cash flow results.

Responsible for Financial Management Reporting at Nokia Siemens Networks in Region Asia Pacific (APAC). - Business Planning and Performance Controlling for 15 countries and over 25 customer accounts. - Financial target setting and KPI reporting for P&L and B/S items.
