• Verantwortung aller deutschlandweiten Weiterbildungs- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen von Linklaters LLP • Konzeption und Implementierung von PE-Instrumenten (z.B. Mitarbeiterbefragung, Performance Management, 360°-Feedback) • Durchführung von Coachings und Workshops • Leitung der PE-Abteilung

• Steuerung der Führungskräfteentwicklung der Frankfurter Allianz • Konzeption, Implementierung und Evaluation von PE-Instrumenten (z.B. Assessment-Center, Potenzialanalyse, Führungs-Feedback) • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Managementtrainings, Workshops, Coachings und Assessment-Center
