Responsible for the Empower Austria project which aims to connect startups and young individuals over the globe Creation of the educational cycle and training material for the team of 7 individuals responsible for the project 20 new partners joined the Empower Austria project, 60% of the previous partners were retained and 43% growth in the number of incoming interns 2 external events with more than 200 attendees

Worked closely with Human Resource and Employer Branding responsible from different companies in order to create a youth engagement strategy - Account Manager for Coca-Cola Hellenic, Transcom, Air Serbia, DexyCo, Sport Vision and others - Responsible for 2 conferences which gathered more than 200 students and corporate sector - Responsible for the budget of 20K
