I am working as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a project for Wicci (a NGO committed to promoting women entrepreneurship in Poland) and gaining a valuable experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and managing relationships with clients.

Currently participating in Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW) by Salesforce, which is a learning program that selects, trains, and coaches women who wants to re-enter the business world after a career break.

- Account management of approx. 120 hotels - Negotiating rates and inventory with hotels in assigned cities - Preparing annual market plans and defining: market potential, main revenue producers, key competitors and future actions per supplier - Developing ad hoc marketing campaigns - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels - Various administrative tasks, e.g. designing flyers, PowerPoint presentations, updating CRM, responding to high volume of calls and emails

- Creating and delivering workshops for jobseekers - Meeting with jobseekers and assisting them with finding suitable employment

- Designing, organising and executing tailor-made group tours around Europe for American university students - Negotiating contracts with accommodation and service providers (rates, payment and cancellation conditions)

- Completed an HR Assistant course at NBW (HRSE-Certifikate obtained in Oct 2021) - Attended German language courses at Bellingua and Sprachwelten (Goethe-Certifikate C1 obtained in Feb 2020) - Family time and raising 2 kids
