Technical lead for hosting, implementation and support of Kallidus LMS (www.kallidus.com). Prior 2010: Project manager for online learning (60+ projects), LMS consulting and integration, instructional designer.

Lead of the product development of the LMS VIVERSA. Management of the development team (up to 5 staff). Control and management of the whole development life-cycle, from planning to quality assurance. Co-ordination of various contributors, e.g. developers, designers, translators. Evaluation of the product design. Responsible for stakeholder management and consulting of LMS customers within the ERGO insurance group.

Responsible for design and programming of e-learning modules for the “Lerntrainer”, a software for teaching effective learning strategies.
