Key Accounts: VW, HYUNDAI, GM, FIAT.

Implementation of VDA 6.3 best practices in logistics warehouse of VW Brazil, temporary contract.

Responsible for Customer, Production and Supplier Quality areas. - Technical assistance to customers in field and production complaints. Key accounts: GM, FORD, HONDA, SCANIA, MERCEDES, VW, PSA, VOLVO, PERKINS and CUMMINS. -In Supplier Quality, developing APQP/PPAP of components for Otto and Diesel pistons, as forged pins, rings, connecting rods, auditing suppliers (Brazil, Mexico and Argentina). - Participation in meeting at KSPG Automotive Headquarter in Germany, related supplier quality.

Responsible for APQP/PPAP development of components for turbo charges and new suppliers. -8D Problem solving analysis involving customer and production complaints related to purchased parts. -Coordinating approval process of components for new products.

Responsible for component APQP & PPAP approvals of turbine and compressor housings and rotors. -8D problem solving involving customer (warranty), production and receiving area complaints. -Approval of components and audits at local and international suppliers in United States and Mexico, participation in trainings in United States and Germany, related to turbocharges technology. -Key Accounts: MERCEDES, VW, FIAT, FORD, CUMMINS. Accomplishments: Scrap reduction of aluminum rotors, saving 20,000 EUR/year.

-Responsible for PPAP approval of friction materials (brake pads & linings), rubber, injected plastic, phenolic and machined components. Experience in process audits (VDA 6.3) and dealing with quality complaints.

-Dealing with 8D problem solving of complaints from Customers and Manufacturing area, SAP QM key-user

Experience in Supplier Quality area, revising PPAP documentation, monitoring tests, preparing reports.
