Rebuiliding the Support function into a new Client Services Structure. Created and implemented a new Client Services Framework, recruited a new team, trained and developed them as per new structure. Created strong fundations for scaling and premium support operations.

Performing IT, Operational and BNPP Group Controls audits of the entity's business processes to identify, report and remediate weaknesses in the system of internal control and make recommendations related to efficiency and industry best practices. Assessing and analyzing risks of the IT Department’s processes, projects and system development, including special projects such as core-banking system developments, integrated applications, pre and post-implementation.

Planning Project resources by realistic plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy. Implementing project life cycle methodology. Develop and maintain work breakdown structure with outline of project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation. Perform and complete user acceptance test and coordinate roll-out of the releases in production.

In charge of the IT Department and all its projects. Day-to-day management and control of operations within the projects, including effective deployment of staff and physical resources.
