• responsibility for coordination of all technical documentation necessary for EPC tender processes (based on FIDIC contracts) • responsibility for coordination of all documents necessary for construction project administration (PMP, QMP etc.) incl. legal permits and licenses • supervising the construction readiness, technical supervision on the site • supervising the project budget • supervising the project time schedule

• negotiating contracts conditions with vendors/suppliers • developing a consolidated procurement and approval process for all office supplies • controlling of expenses and budgets • managing and recruiting of the Office Services staff and the secretarial pool • designing of the new HQ space layout and equipment • relocating of the HQ • sub-leasing of current office space incl. contracts and service agreements
