I manage daily front desk operations using seven booking engines -Booking, Expedia, Mirai (with Nexia as an integrated call centre channel), Roibos, Ctrip, Agoda and G2Travel- as well as the internal reservation system ePMS, also known as Prestige. I ensure accurate reservation management while maintaining clear and professional communication with guests, providing information about the hotel and local tourism.

I coordinated daily operations for the Boutique Hotel and Rey de Sevilla Flats (its affiliated apartment units), managing availability and reservations to ensure both properties ran smoothly and efficiently. I worked with booking engines such as FNS Rooms, Mirai, and Expedia, as well as platforms including Booking and Airbnb, where I acted as a host, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of guest satisfaction.
