Viktoriia Hrynenko

Gained over three years of experience working at one of the top private English schools in Ukraine. I delivered professional, engaging lessons to adult learners and corporate clients across a wide range of levels (A1-C1). I successfully taught more than 20 groups and consistently received positive feedback for my clear communication and supportive approach. I regularly invested in my professional growth through self-directed learning and continuous mentorship from senior teachers.

I worked as an in-house English teacher for FrutArom (food industry), where I designed and delivered a tailored language training program for employees. My responsibilities included assessing students' starting levels, creating customized learning plans, organizing speaking clubs, and managing all related documentation and progress reports. Over the course of our cooperation, I successfully helped learners advance from beginner o a solid B1 level.

This was my first teaching role, working with a growing Ukrainian company to deliver corporate English training. I taught both group and individual lessons, primarily for clients in the IT and agricultural sectors. Within one year, I successfully completed five training projects, receiving positive feedback from learners and corporate clients. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in business-focused language teaching and adapt my methods to meet diverse learner needs.
