olved in different consultant task in Italy and Abroad to support the extension of the lean-based WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodologies in Chrysler, CNH and TEKSID European and US plants. Leader of advanced “Kaizen” (improvement projects) that cover the main losses in BIW.

Responsible of Body-shop process during a shift managing a team of four Process Manager and more than 130 blue collars. Responsible for achieving the production results and the highest standards in term of quality, efficiency and safety of the workstation making extensive use of lean-based methodologies.

Responsible of an automotive manufacturing process managing an area covered by more than 400 machines and a team of 34 workers.

Responsible of evaluating and improving manufacturing process. Studing current production and quality control measures, developing ways to improve them, and training workers on new policies. The tools used to perform the task are WCM and Lean Manufacturing way based.
