A typical day may include: The dispatch of parts to a site within tight timeframes Putting out fires for customers and problem solving Finding the right person at the right time to get the job done Liaising and coordinating with both external and internal partners across the globe Within CDS I have acted as a mentor for new members of staff as well as having been deeply involved in the integration of customer operations for clients.

Delivering 1st and 2nd level support as well as account management, I was integral in insuring customers of Premiere Pay TV were given exceptional service. From providing detailed technical support, to helping customers understand the best offer to suit their needs, I acted as a one stop shop for solving problems and offering advice. Because of this, I took on the training and development of new employees and ensured that I could pass on my intellectual capital.
