- Advising Customers on HR Policies via Phone and Email - Delivering end-to-end service in the following areas: * Recruitment Activities from Posting to Onboarding * HRA Administration Activities like SAP HR administration and creation of HR documentation - Process Owner for Germany process with responsibility for process performance and administration including process documentation and development being contact person for client and Team leader regarding process for GE.

- Advising Customers on HR Policies via Phone and Email - Delivering end-to-end service in: * Job Posting * CVs Pre-Screening * Organizing and conducting phone interviews * Organizing F2F Interviews * OnBoarding Activities * Managing Employees data in SAP system * Preparing HR Documentation and coordination of offer management * Solving of everyday issues and problems in the recruitment process * Coordination of bounty program * Conducting of reimbursements and invoice management
