Ownership of the definition, development and delivery of Vodafone Devices which includes handsets, tablets and mobile broadband products. These devices need to be delivered to our markets based on the agreed specifications, on time, on budget, and of course must comply with the very stringent Vodafone health, safety and quality requirements. Responsible for the end-to-end product and project management of these terminals, and works with multiple vendors to achieve these project and product objectives.

Daily Activities: o Financial planning (actuals and forecast) o Resource management (responsible for 5 Project Managers) o Stakeholder management (engagement and expectation management)

End-to-End Project Management Manage key stakeholders in the service delivery chain by owning the project Communication between the business and IT services team at management and project levels Responsibility for the delivery of all IT services tasks in the Global Enablers Programme Projects for Global Enablers customers within agreed timelines and in the most cost efficient and customer friendly manner Integration, Implementation, rollout strategy and communication to stakeholders

Assisting client's IT/Telecom Project & Program management as project manager. Examples of areas of responsibilities are: Project initiation and consulting during the project introduction phase • Establishing of the project fundamentals, such as management of scope, costs, quality and risk • Support in reporting and communication, for instance with steering committees • Performance of preliminary studies and proofs of concept

Helping clients design, build and deliver strategies that can transform companies into high-performance businesses.

Positioning of Teligent Product portfolio in Mobile, Fixline, and IP network areas for different clients in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.

Operational support by preparation of product presentations to customers. Bid management (RFI,RFQ,ITT) of responses to potential customers and answering technical questions, documentation of customer intrests, and customer analysis (e.g. SWAT).

Development of the Number Translation application for pan European customer. Code and build management of the Unified Messaging product.
