Ensure the financial consistency and integrity across Europe at weekly, monthly reporting according to US GaaP and Masonite policies. Producing the financial scenarios for strategic and long-term business plans like site closures, CAPEX. Standardized the reporting package across Europe and created measurement for cash conversion cycle. Project lead the annual operating plan and forecasting processes.

Restructure the finance team in Hungary from 7 to 3 HC and move the finance department from the closed production site to another location in 6 months. Keeping the internal/external reporting deadlines towards Masonite and local authorities. Improve the month-end close process from 4 to 3 days.

Review country Financial Statement and analyze the division result on a monthly basis. Implement the controllable cost model monitoring system. Create the measurement of the sales, operations performance of the countries and division on a weekly basis. Develop the internal reporting utilizing the financial systems. Increase the financial control and improve the control environment in CEEME.

Establish the standard flextronics procedures in terms of financial reporting (12 months rolling P&L and BS forecast, Expense analysis, COGS review) in the new, acquired Solectron site in Budapest. Supervise and co-ordinate the analyst team (3 indirect reports).

Monitoring a $2M fixed asset investment. Driving the sell out procedure of the fixed assets to liquidate the assets. Successfully implemented the new FA system in one Hungarian site and subsequently in another site in Ukraine.
