Design & Set up the foundations of a new central Treasury function: - Creation & organisation of the legal framework - Design & implementation of a cash pooling network for Euros and other Currencies across Europe, with inter company netting. - Centralisation of FOREX risk & banks financing - Negotiation and signature of a pan-european Syndicated Credit facilities of 350 millions Euros.

Customer Financial Risk exposure management - Control of late payments - Establishment and management of Exposure Credit limits - Frequent customer visits for close monitoring to keep business agility. Reduction by 75% DSO within 2 years for agrochemical business unit.
