He performed as a Subject Matter Expert and Lead with the Global Majors (Repsol, Saudi Aramco, Reliance, Eco Petrol, SOCAR, Conoco Philips) Leading of Hydrocarbon Supply Chain Improvement Projects for five refineries. Benchmarking of operation planning, LP model design and implementation for all refineries and global model design, KPI identification & design and IRIS support. Operating model and planning integration design of upstream and refineries to create synergy.

Main role was managing of corporate production planning activities for Izmit, Izmir,Kırıkkale and Batman petroleum refineries by evaluating and optimizing production to obtain highest company profit.Market crude evaluation, units capacity utilizations, import and export decisions was in the scope of responsibilities for short, medium and long term periods. Planning activities were done by using multi plant LP (Aspen PIMS-MPIMS) at advanced levels.

He worked as Health & Safety & Environment Responsible for protecting people and company assets against potential risks and incidents. He executed works related with improvement risk management, work permit,hazardous materials management and waste management activities according to best practices. During this period he worked as HSE lead of NATO project for world class plant from proposal stage to design phase by contributing as subject matter expert and project management.

Baku Tbilisi Ceyhan Petroleum Pipeline Responsibility of preparing incident management system of Baku Tbilisi - Ceyhan - Pipeline, according to BP safety policies and international regulations. Preparation of safety and environmental procedures of Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan pipeline operations. Responsibility for organizing fire fighting services of facility

He was worked at three different roles in the company.Refinery Shift Supervisor role was responsible all refinery activities during shift which covers operation, planning, Jetty, laboratory, maintenance and administrative issues. .Process Engineer role was responsible technical monitoring of process units for unit condition & catalyst lifecycle monitoring, engineering studies, T/A process coordination.Production Planner & Scheduler was responsible of making refinery operation plan.

Oyak mardin Cement Factory He worked as supervisor engineer of three production units. (Mills, furnace and raw material area) and was responsible for the planning of shift rotation, annual leaves, training activities. He was making production coordination between production units and analyzing energy and product efficiency of units and reporting to the management. He was arranging maintenance period of units according to production plan and maintenance department plan.
