As a senior financial analyst, I was the CFO of my business unit. I was in charge of 500m in revenues from Canada's biggest food retailers. I supported one vp of sales, 2 director of sales and 15 sales executives. I had two employees with dotted lines to me, a forecast analyst and a sales analyst. I was in charge of the manual budget, the reporting, the accruals and the weekly/monthly presentation to sales.

As a financial analyst, I worked on different projects such as the re branding of our biggest product line, the divestiture of one of our line of business and the reporting of the weekly/monthly operations. My area of expertise were the forecasting of revenues, partnering with sales and optimizing our trade spend.

Increase the our sales' portfolio to drive volume growth, penetration and gross margin improvement.

Create new channels of sales for our wholesale division.

Increase the sale, penetration and amount of mutual funds and life insurance in a given portfolio.
