Leads. •Conduct face to face interviews for the shortlisted Candidates. •Documentation of candidates offers and contracts. •Developing our recruitment pipelines

Build a wide network of IT professionals in Egypt and abroad. Post vacancies on the Company’s CRM. Post the vacancies on the different social media platforms (LinkedIn-Facebook). Screen and filter applying candidates (CRM-Email). Interview Candidates over the phone and make sure of the required technicalities, Specifications and interest in the vacancy.(internal Hiring and Clients Hiring)
