Based at the head office in London and reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for the Middle East trade lane commercial and trade lane business development for the company. Sales focused role with the responsibility of identifying, targeting and winning new customers shipping on UK to Middle East, selling the co's Air and Ocean LCL / FCL services both in UK and ME by working closely with all the branches, overseas partner/agents and customers.

On a part-time basis during my masters, was responsible for looking after the route and business development activities of the companies single largest air export market - The UAE. Responsibility included maintaining existing customers as well as generating new business, through direct touch with customers as through joint sales visits with Dubai & Abu Dhabi agents' sales teams.

Managing the regional sales office of the company in Dubai and reporting to the International Director in Heathrow/London, responsible for regional business development for the co's Air and Ocean freight traffic between UK-Middle East. Primary focus was to developing Air & Ocean import consolidation services from UK to Dubai, dual responsibility, the first involving direct field sales for identifying, targeting and securing new customers for the route.
