Development of R&D&I activities and projects in IT, knowledge management, transfer and valorization of results and technology, technology foresight and surveillance, innovative public procurement and demand, business financing; as well as preparation and execution of own and third-party collaborative projects at regional, national and international level. Design and provision of services, specially oriented to SMEs.

Responsible for innovation projects, as: - LAHBS Box intrapreneurship program; - Research program with universities; - AB-InBev global research & development portal; - Annual report with R&D trends in the corporate world and competitors; - "mAI Beer", a beer recommendation platform based on human personality; - Mapping innovation activities to lead our efforts to ensure we are exploring, investigating, and evaluating emerging technologies; - Support in the structuring of the R&D+I department;

Programming languages (Python, SQL, R, Excel, BigML, Weka, and Pentaho); Data analysis, modeling and visualization; Qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques; Publication and presentation of results in international conferences;

Requirements elicitation (catalogue of requirements, use cases and user interfaces); Analysis and documentation of processes, technical and business requirements; Estimate of deadlines of assigned projects; Design with BPMN notation; Collaboration with the customer in defining and specifying the project's objectives; Collaboration with the technical teams (IT) and project managers; Management and maintenance of the digitization system;

IT Manager; Analysis, development and application of the set of ITIL good practices throughout the group; Internal and external support (end users and partners); Outsourcing management; IT team management;

Participation in meetings to gather requirements; Interviews with users and suppliers; Preparation of requirements document and technical specification; Implementation of ERP TOTVS (Modules: Education, Health and Human Resources); Training to the end users;
