During my internship, I was working on different aspects of the company's growth  Marketing Research and Marketing Plan in Spain.  Supporting the Business Plan  Implemented the Key Performance Indicators.  Controlling the purchasing orders of raw materials.  Financial staff – Break event point  Translation the web page to the Spanish version.

Working with a Spain company, I understood and managed the international different cultures in this case between Spain culture and Latin American culture in order to implement and commercialize a new educational product.  Product marketing in Colombia.  Looking for new distribution channels in order to let us know and offer the products.  Customer services.  Presentations to large group and conferences.  Suppliers contact.  Weekly report to Spain with activities done over the week and results.

Working the statistical department of a public organization, I have got know the difference between the most of the cities over Colombia.  Analyzed surveys from the Agricultural Census 2014 in rural areas from Colombia.  Supervised surveys information, their consistency and coherency.  Typed report of the survey's information, the comparison between the last results and did the statistics.  Weekly report of the inconsistencies found.

I was in a holding business involved in a large difference of services for Colombian professional  Organized Conferences in order to offer the portfolio services to Colombian professionals.  Implemented new strategies to increase the number of customers.  Managed post-sales processes and customer services.  Monthly report of statistics and results.

 Advised in lines of credit for customer’s financial needs. Lines of credits: Mortgages, auto loans, Business loan and home equity loans.  Resolved customer services issues.  Analyzed the competence in order to have information about taxes, prices and benefits.

 Organized Conferences and events where the services portfolio had been presented.  Persuaded to customers for acquiring lines of credits.

Selling services on internet, television and telephone.
