As a Tour Consultant at ANZ Nature Tours I am responsible for the Free Independent Traveller (FIT) market. We are an inbound tour operator mainly focusing on Europe as our main target market, however also the emerging markets in Asia are becoming a more important customer base. Being employed in this rather small working environment, requires full responsibility and problem solving skills. Good communication skills are necessary to deliver our customers the best value experience.

I was working as a freelancer on several events, festivals and exhibitions. Depending on the job I was a promoter, sales person or hostess.

Whilst my internship in the Sheraton Grande Hotel in Bangkok I was given the opportunity to experience the operational departments and I had the chance to become familiar with Starwood´s philosophy. I was amazed by the employee’s motivation, team spirit and the overall working environment.
