In the new position I am responsible for the further development and expansion of the Continuous Improvement/Lean mindset & toolset on corporate and asset level. In addition I am also responsible for the overall Celonis process mining roll out to ensure that we are able to bring our improvement capabilities to the next level.

I am leading a team which is enabling the business with advisory and education activities to optimize the business with Lean, Six Sigma, RPA and Service Design methodologies.
