Acting as a project manager for the after-sale service team (around 5 persons) for over 25 projects: - Understand clients needs and concerns whether it’s system bugs or client’s misunderstanding on software functions; Gather comprehensive information - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely solutions - Develop detailed service plans; Regularly assess KPIs and adjust strategies as needed. - Training new team members

- Assist Project Manager in driving translation/localization digital userguide for EFI projects in 16 different languages - Proactive guide and assist related teams (engineer, QA, multimedia) and linguists to achieve the best result during the localization process via CAT tools - Regularly monitor client satisfaction and take improvement actions

- Develop media for existing crowdfunding platforms to obtain funds for disabled people’s organizations (DPOs) specific programs - Provide clerical and logistical support in upcoming planning workshops, surveys, procurement of services and supplies - Perform oral and written translation as required (English - Vietnamese and vice versa)

- Follow-up Monitoring & Evaluation process for Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation project and research activities - Assist with administrative and logistic works, translation, and interpretation

- Manage issues related to business operations and authorial agencies - Control any raising crisis and advocate flexible solutions during launching projects or events - Prepare and organize internal and external company meetings with the supervisors from divisions and other motorbike manufacturing companies - Help manage all minutes and provide financial statements for the Board of Directors
