Lead IT Transformation Program development. The program focused on 3 main goals: • Reduce Time to Market from 6 to 2 months, for new banking products • Increase SLA from 99,80% to 99,90/93 for Mission critical systems • Reduce IT costs up to 10% of the NOI The program is designed for 3 years and includes about 30 projects, in 5 directions: Application Architecture, Data Management, IT-Infrastructure, Development Practices, Monitoring and IT-Services.

Lead IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy practices. As a project manager successfully delivered several projects for total revenue about 3 mln USD. Selected projects: • Safe City project development for Government of one of the CIS countries (300 mln USD investment project) • Digital Transformation program for coal-mining company • Organization of the product management and SW development processes (Digital Government Platform) • IT Strategy development for Retail Company

Key clients were Veon and Rostelecom. Responsibility for all IT products: • Product strategy development, competitive analysis, pricing • In cooperation with sales team responsible for binding with customer and for IT products promotion in key telecommunication companies • Coordination of cross-functional teams consisting required to bring products and solutions to Clients; Gathering feedbacks from clients and sales to drive into future product requirements

Successfully developed and executed a few large-scale projects in IT infrastructure development and support across the bank (the headquarter, branches and subsidiaries) which resulted in: • establishment of the IT function aimed at providing reactive and proactive support across company’s functions and departments • increase of SLA from 70% to 99.5% • cost reduction by over 11 mln USD • building effective partnerships with key IT vendors

Lead solutions development practice for Oil and Banking industries, included Mission/Business Critical Systems (Сore Banking, ERP, etc.), Private and Hybrid Clouds, BI, DWH and Big Data solutions. Achievements: • Constantly achieved the sales target – over 9 mln USD a year • By providing customized solutions developed to the highest quality and safety standards • Received a highly positive feedback from the HPE management

Achievements: Designed and successfully implemented a few datacenter solutions including all IT-architecture (business systems) and IT-infrastructure. The total budget exceeded 10 mln USD. Responsibilities: Designed complex IT solutions which included both hardware and software products from a range of tech companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Cisco, Red Hat, VMWare etc. Integrated innovative solutions into IT infrastructures, tested and followed-up new systems;
