Responsible for Polish community of Forge of Empires players including: - Building up, leading and supervising a team of 15 volunteers - Localization of the product - translations of English content into Polish - Communication between the company and customers - Quality Assurance services - Improving Customer Support services - Management of localized social media - Creating and localization of Wiki - Creating documentation for the team

- In-game and forum moderators recruitment, training and supervision of 15 team members - Creating guidelines for in-game and forum moderators - Game content and forum announcement translations to Polish - Creating FAQ articles, moderating forums, gathering feedback - Organisation of in-game and forum events as well as real life team meetings and workshops for up to 80 people - Management of the official Forge of Empires social media for Polish market
