Management of the Data & Insights team, with the mandate to provide integrated data-driven insights across Bought, Earned & Owned Media. Responsible for strategic direction of the unit as well as skill development and conceptualization for advanced data analysis solutions, user behavior & data visualization.

Development of product strategies and innovation, planning of short-term and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measurement of success using product health metrics and user feedback. Strong customer orientation and the ability to think through product scenarios and prioritize objectives from clients, BU heads and business leadership. This role was an interim position in order to drive iProspect South Africa into a smooth alignment with the global brand mandate and ambition.

Web strategy for conversion focussed digital clients, advanced analysis and performance reviews based on web 2.0 best practices and user-centric design. Strong understanding of market leading technologies with the ability to consult on a strategic level.
