Took part in recruiting of new developers, conducted Skype interviews, established tech tasks for interview process, controlled all tests results. Designed and managed Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach to building system, established project architecture, designed platform for services, added authorisation mechanisms, implemented testing (unit, functional), implemented Continues Integration in project. Leaded projects based on SOA. Took big part in project management.

Developed and implemented: i18n module for backend and frontend of ERP system, content filtering system, Events Driven Model in project. Taken part in integration/merging tech stacks and data for 2 big independent structures. Have deep knowledge of the whole project, participated in changes of basically every module. Responsible for optimised code, migration of data, migration to the new version of MySQL, deployment, transition to the Agile development methodology.

As I was in charge of uptime system, setup and manage servers, release management, processed work with company's partners (Yandex, Nokia) last 2 years (technical leading and project management). Improve optimisation in technical process. Details in CV.
