Dr. Asrin Parang

As strategic partner to the executive team scaled People & Culture to support fast growth. I built frameworks for leadership, operational synergy, employee experience that drove transformation across business. Advising C-level leaders, aligned talent with business priorities, fostered leadership maturity, embedded culture as a lever for performance. My role spanned policy, cost planning, workflow improvement, integrating data with human-centered approaches to position People & Culture as a strategic driver.

As trusted advisor to MSF’s leadership, I shaped strategy at the intersection of goals, political complexity, and resilience. By navigating stakeholders, I enabled MSF to expand, stabilize operations, and engage high-level actors—aligning mission delivery with evolving realities. My role spanned contingency planning, cross-functional coordination, and workflow improvements. Beyond operations, I influenced design and policies reinforcing MSF’s integrity, responsiveness, and long-term coherence.

 Provided oral interpretations for patients during consultation sessions and attending in MSF external and internal meetings and events to provide accurate consecutive translations of conversations between members successfully.  Translated all MSF documents with high level of accuracy and speed.

Designed and institutionalized a purpose-driven learning organization from the ground up focusing on building capacity through scalable systems, and performance culture. I translated vision into structure—developing governance, training programs, and stakeholder relationships that positioned the center as a credible, agile, and values-led institution. This role crystallized my belief in organizational design as a strategic act and laid the groundwork for my career-long focus on effectiveness through people.
