-Managing the Credit and FX Sales Operation team in London (9 people) -Contributing to the development of a reliable and effective control and support function -Representing Capital Market Operation in business project such as new market developments, new products development, new regulations -In charge of the global coordination of Sales Operation team worldwide (7 locations, 35 people) -Leading global and local governance meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss on-going projects and issues

-Work in partnership with clients and sales traders to ensure that trades are confirmed, processed and settled in a timely manner -Assisting with handling client requests on secondary and primary market issues -Proactively manage risk by challenging both client behavior and the existing business processes; introduced a client aligned procedure in order to provide the most efficient and enhance the client experience -Daily trades follow up with clients, Trading, Sales, Middle-Office and Back-Office teams
