Providing insight for Wayfair's European expansion (B2C home furnishing e-commerce site). Defining customer jobs-to-be-done in an unstructured landscape, validating a research roadmap with senior stakeholders, and setting up UX research operations (requirements, vendors, tooling).

Set research strategy on the future of work, applying organizational and environmental psychology to how people, teams and workplaces evolve. Advanced the company's foundational understanding of work psychology, anticipated major shifts in the world of work, and built community and inclusivity in the culture.

Led EMEA research strategy in organizational and environmental psychology: workplace wellbeing, post-Covid worker profiles, B2B segmentation and DEI. Translated insight into products, spaces and services with Design and Marketing, and presented through storytelling to executives, customers, media and conferences. Invited onto the EMEA executive leadership team for impact on innovation strategy and culture.

Ethnographic and mixed-methods research on wellbeing, biophilia, attention, privacy and global collaboration. Co-authored the book "Office Code" on cultural differences in workplace design (wide media coverage), and designed and facilitated ideation workshops that turned insight into innovation.
