As a member of the Nordic Management Team at Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg AB, I am responsible for supporting business growth through sustainable IT solutions. My key responsibilities include strategic solution management for end-to-end business process optimizations. Beyond regional leadership, I play a key role in the Corporate IT Leadership team, steering global roll-outs. By leveraging deep expertise in strategic program management and ERP, I empower my teams to deliver high-impact solutions

I led the technical architecture for the R2R workstream in Villeroy & Boch’s global S/4HANA transformation. I acted as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring the delivery of a scalable, future-proof digital core.

As the lead program manager for SAP ERP and MES system implementation across North Europe, I successfully implemented all core business processes in SAP. My role encompassed overall responsibility for project success including budget management & change management. The project spanned 7 countries, 5 legal units, and 2 production sites. This project also included to harmonized IT infrastructure operations to Villeroy & Boch group standards.

Numerous assignments as a project manager in corporate projects in regions such as Europe, North America, and Asia, mainly for post-merger & acquisition process integration

n my role as an internal business consultant and application architect for SAP Finance, Controlling and Material Management at Villeroy & Boch, I designed adaptable, template-based solutions tailored to various countries' regulatory needs. This role enabled me to engage in cross-functional projects across sales, logistics, and production, giving me a holistic view of the company's operations. These experiences were invaluable for my work managing global SAP projects.
