Produced this start-up’s business plan that targeted sales growth across Germany and established a multi-channel sales organization in alignment with online and social media marketing goals. Spearheaded financial and project planning, identified business requirements such as ERP, CRM, online shopping and financial reporting operations. Defined processes and developed a comprehensive staff. Developed online marketing activities, including search engine advertising and optimization.

Developed the Business Plan for Rehband Deutschland, including financial forecasts and operational planning. Supported the 5-year corporate process planning for sales organizations and manufacturing, creating tools, data entry processes and quality management techniques. Managed global cross-functional teams consisting of the Regional President Asia Pacific, headquarter functions and the Managing Director of local sales organizations in India.
