Responsible for developing and delivering strategies across Wells and Facilities/Projects to allow fast delivery of business growth at top quartile standards and cost levels. This includes supporting unconventional businesses.

Functional lead for all Shell Oil Products procurement activities in Africa. Development and implementation of annual and long term procurement plans. Setting up of organisation, recruitment of people, defining and developing african talent pipeline, management of virtual team (72 people in 22 countries) Development of policies and procedures governing Contracting & Procurement, including incorporation of Sustainable Development principles in Procurement activities.
