* Led a high-performance global team of finance business partners (15HC, 5 locations) * Finance and strategy support to the IT global organizations (~1bnCHF, and 3kHC, 70+ sites) * Responsible for transparency, investment decision-making, and organizational effectiveness * Supported strategic global projects (Data Center Colocation, Cloud financial management…) * Led transformation activities across Finance and IT
