- Create customized Configurations based on factory Express Portfolio and prepare documentation for Factory to assemble the solution - Sizing for entry and mid-level servers and storage Solutions - Create buildable complex complete and configurations based on HPs portfolio - Request new product setup for special configurations - SPOC for complex BID management (Hyperscale accounts as Amazon, Rackspace etc) - Manage escalations and distributing workload inside the team - Mentor newcomers
