• Communicated and coordinated with the international project coordinators and partner institutions • Designed and planned a mentoring programme to be introduced as part of the project • Supported the implementation of the Erasmus+ project EGAL-I at Universität Hamburg. • Conducting needs assessments among programme participants to identify mentoring requirements.

My role was to mentor individuals to undertake process improvement activities within the Human Resources and L&D. I also take up projects to deliver high impact process improvement for the support functions in Genpact. Along with this, I have also assumed the responsibility of managing communications and key strategic initiatives of the Function.

• Designed a Monitoring and Evaluation System to measure impact of the organization’s direct and systemic interventions • Set up new processes and re-engineered existing ones to collect, store and leverage data for decision making and reporting impact • Conducted secondary research, including literature review to develop pathways for advocacy work and understand reporting practices followed by organizations across the globe.

• Conducted diagnosis of existing appraisal system using Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking tools • Designed a Performance Management System to cater to its ~5x growth of changemakers in 5 years • Prepared extensive documentation (including SOPs) and conducted capacity building sessions for NPO staff members

• Successfully piloted an employee engagement initiative Amber, an AI based chat bot, which got adopted across Genpact • Designed and implemented the change initiative, “Culture Campaign” for ~ 15000 employees • Assisted in conducting strategic events such as annual HR strategy workouts, Business Leads Rewards and Recognitions. • Supported in drafting the CEO Talent Review Document as a part of the yearly review
