Established and led Vienna branch office with full operational responsibility, including administrative infrastructure, legal compliance, and financial management. Built organization as an independent partner entity in the Austrian market with direct personnel management responsibility.

Assumed functional and disciplinary leadership of 4-person CRM team during critical transformation phase. Stabilized team following 3 temporary leadership changes, retained all technical experts, and led strategic platform evaluation while maintaining operational continuity.

Head of eCRM & Analytics – WundermanPXP Led CRM and analytics projects for international clients, coordinating marketing, analytics and technical teams. Focused on designing customer communication programs, data-driven marketing and marketing technology implementations. Worked directly with clients on campaign strategy, customer segmentation and operational rollout.
