- Work closely and partner with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications for each position - Create and maintain a database - Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent - Follow up on interview process status and update internal database - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

- Ensure the recruitment process as project responsible for the Assembly, Industrialization and Operation Services Department) - Offer support to the Assembly, Industrialization and Operation Services in matters regarding induction of the personnel, resolve complex relations issues and address grievances - Organize meetings and actively communicating with the management for work relationships, increase productivity and retention - Identify training needs - Participate to Job Fairs - 5S Responsible.

- Use of specific tools for personnel selection in accordance with job description; - Maintaining candidate pool, presenting candidate shortlist to business-line management; - Working with internal customers; - Discussion on technical job profile; - Posting the job profile and actively seeking candidates; - Programming and selection of candidates; - Making the offer; - Providing feedback to rejected candidates; - Cooperating with recruitment agencies, participating at job fairs.
