At Ricoh Europe, within the production printing division, I'm responsible for 3rd party finishing equipment for digital printers, on the following market segments: • Continuous feed finishing • Cut sheet finishing • Wide format and flatbed finishing In short, my roles are: • Support EMEA's OpCos to make business with, or thanks to, finishing equipment • Establish and manage partnerships with suppliers • Promote the Ricoh brand during exhibitions, partner's event and via social networks

Responsible for the Sales Administration Department (3 persons): - Negotiations of the sale price, payment terms and InCoTerms with distributors - Validation and follow-up of customer orders (SAP) - Organization of national and international deliveries - Invoicing and problem solving for settlement disputes - Realization of the price list - SAP ERP, SD module specialist

Within the Automation R&D department, analysis of the machine specifications - Coordination with the Mechanical R&D department - Study and realization of the electrical layouts, programs and operator interfaces - Follow-up to the work done by the wiring team (5 peoples) - Realization of technical documentation and operator manual - Start-up of the prototypes and debugging - Installation and operators training at customer workshop (Europe) - After sales technical assistance
