We manage various indirect categories, (e.g. IT, consultancy, creative work) and align with Global Procurement to create synergies & efficiencies. We improve S2P by analyzing spend, monitoring KPIs, running projects & engaging stakeholders (change management). We own the local travel policy to ensure travel spend is managed well & stays in line with company policies as well as regulatory requirements.

Global process owner of the Procurement subprocesses and tools related to supplier qualification, sourcing, contract management and supplier catalogues, and supplier performance evaluation. Process definition and standardisation, KPI definition, review and approval of user requirement specifications, management and enhancement of tools in cooperation with IT, reporting.

Globally responsible for e-Sourcing (define best practice, roll out processes globally, lead auction expert network, train users on technical and process know-how, management reporting), report on SRM KPIs, contribute to design of global supplier registration and evaluation and contract management, revise end user training material for S2C and P2P sub-processes, manage global roll-outs of OCI catalogues (SAP SRM 7).

Manage roll-out of procurement e-tools for supplier registration, RFX, auctions, SRM, contract management, ordering, and spend analysis at large corporations and SMEs (define client’s process, match process with capabilities of Synertrade’s software, test and sign off related IT developments, train end users, report on project progress to management).

Introduction to project and corporate controlling, participate in roll-out of a reporting tool at South African subsidiary, participate in negotiations with key suppliers, conduct strategic market research on developments in the energy sector.

Lead multinational teams in market research projects targeting physicians, patients and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in European healthcare markets, report on project progress to clients and management, conduct personal in-depth interviews with KOLs.

Research and two publications on technical and economic feasibility of RFID-based log tracking systems in forestry logistics.
