• Develop project workflows, manage time, budget, resources and assure projects’ compliance with standards, practices, and policies. • Assign, monitor, and assess linguists’ work. • Create and control the localization project budgets, perform cost tracking analysis, ensure timely issuance of project orders and invoices. • Provide translation service to clients where needed from English/Chinese to Indonesian. • Work closely with HR Department in assessing and selecting the candidates for Indonesian projects.
