Plan, develop, coordinate and participate in various marketing research activities to identify customer preferences and attitudes and to enhance products and services.

As an account executive, also I was in charge to identify small business accounts and individual prospective to bring them to our company. This includes: Closes sales, obtains orders or contracts for services with customers. Calls on and develops relationships with small businesses (less than 50 employees) to sell Cingular Wireless products and Services; maintains existing customer base through churn reduction measures and Customer service.
