• Training around 80 in-work professionals (from apprentice to Board level) in effective business communication, at 12 international organisations (including in the banking, energy, and retail sectors). • Assessing students’ needs, writing tailored course programmes and implementing training in partnership with colleagues and managers. • Teaching many course formats – intensive/extensive, group/individual, blended/phone. • Planned and delivered Sales/Customer Service training for colleagues.

• Personal selling and Account Management (in German): managed and developed client relationships with international companies, from making initial contact with warm/cold prospects, to co-ordinating delivery with the Pedagogical and Trainer teams. • Planned and wrote marketing literature (such as email campaigns and brochures). • Acquired clients in the banking, media, and industrial sectors.

Business to business sales: managed contract renewals, with overall responsibility of up to 225 ongoing negotiations. Also secured new business, both by developing existing client relationships and researching new contacts. Foreign sales trips: organised and executed client relationship management meetings across Europe and the US. Conference attendance: marketed the company direct to potential clients at international legal and business events.
