Spreadgood is the most direct donation technology for health insurances to women and their families in emerging countries. The health care service package is delivered via standardized processes and is attached to the mobile phone of the beneficiary. Payment and verification are coupled to the phone, which makes any misuse impossible. The donor can track the process and has full transparency about the identification of the beneficiary. For the moment we are focusing on female health in Kenya.

I am part of the Data-driven Marketing team responsible for one of the biggest FMCG manufacturers. My main role as a Senior Consultant is to accelerate the digital process of digital selling and ecommerce, and to drive innovations happening at the point of sale. Data-driven Marketing team’s mission is to measure and manage marketing, communication and sales success, from strategy to operational level - always empowered by the capabilities of data.

Responsible for the pillar pipeline management for De, Uk, Fr, Es, It; identifying high potential leads; analyses of launch blockers and sales funnels progress; roll out of measurements to improve launching time; education of team leads and Account Managers;

Launching marketplace sellers on the “Pan European program”; analyses of their potential growth, developing and monitoring their business in foreign countries (Uk, Fr, Es, It);

People and career development of nine employees composed of a sales and a (online-) marketing team; product management including UX for desktop and mobile; creating new strategic alignments and cross channel marketing campaigns;

Team lead of three sales employees with hiring authority; planning and monitoring of sales performance; key account and relationship management; employer branding consulting (e.g. Amazon, Zalando, Axel Springer, Rocket Internet); branding with focus on online marketing;
