- Project management by leading virtual project teams following a CMM4 process. - Focus on enhancing accounting operation process and improve quality - Defects analysis with 6-sigma methodology. - Strategy deployment for business process optimization - Develop accounting/business workflow and work out related requirement document. - Initialize, Setup & maintain Oracle Financial modules - Troubleshooting cross functional team and IT support team.

 Travel management with software vendor (U.S. Sabre Inc.) and XMS (Concur) to maintain the B2B e-business system to reach the company goals.  Data Processing and analyzing between financial modules and do reconciliation.  Monthly metrics.  Business process improvement and system enhancement requests with solution providers

 Responsible for Account receivable management, aging analysis and sales cost analysis..  Supervise cash collection, production inventory control, and customer credit analysis.  Perform AR booking, reporting analysis and the reconciliation with the relative companies  Prepare financial analysis report for management.
