Assisted in supervising up to two employees; performed customer service and trained new employees. Responsible for troubleshooting IT malfunctions to ensure cash registers (Windows based systems) are in working order. Updated and maintained inventories of supplies using Microsoft software. Handled company administration duties to help the commander keep all records in order for deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom. Participated in hands-on IT related training exercises in support of the United States Army. Facilitated the training and logistical support to over 800 Iraqi Police Officers.
