Mostly serving as SAFe SPC for Global R&D IT and as SAFe RTE for the R&D IT Design Infrastructure program. I coach and train development teams, product managers, and leadership to strengthen a Lean-Agile culture of transparency, adaptability, and learning. I push metric-based predictability and process robustness, and I align product management and development practices. My work directly contributes to increased organizational effectiveness and continuous delivery of value.

Product owner for R&D IT Design Infrastructure, and process coach for Infrastructure product teams. I successfully improved the global product development flow and connected them to the company's way of working. From 02/2021, my role temporarily extended to include the scrum master function.

Active role as Release Train Engineer to implement the first ART in a non-SAFe environment. I ensured adoption by combining Lean and SixSigma principles with the Scaled Agile Framework to provide all stakeholders the best available insights during development. Transformed the test team (8 FTE) into a full-production quality assurance team and position the QA team as absolute quality gatekeeper. Achievement: • We improved the test strategy and enhanced the flexibility and agility of the test process. We created a modular QA approach including ‘self-service’ testing modules for developers and system admins. • Continuous improvement leading to daily full functional & LPS test cycles for the online presence.
